PLEASE READ: This replacement Current USA Nova T5 Fluorescent 2 x 54 Watt T-5 Ballast is marked Model No.: U-2/54T5HO and is 8-1/2" X 1-3/8" X 1". The ballast this replaces could either be marked as Model No.: T5120-254HO Electronic Ballast (14-13/16" X 1" X 1-1/4") or T5120-254HOMPF (10-3/4" X 1" X 1-1/4"), and the ballast in your fixture could be either of these versions. Current USA & SunPark, the manufacturers of the fixture and the ballast respectively, no longer makes the T5120-254HO or T5120-254HOMPF ballast. You may need to modify the mounts to fit this ballast into your fixture.
This ballast supplies power to two 54 Watt T5 bulbs in the following Current USA fixtures:
- Current USA 48 inch Nova Extreme X2 2 x 54 Watt & 48 inch Nova Extreme X2 Fresh. 2 x 54 Watt (Model 1126, Part# RCU01126; Model 1129, Part# RCU01129). NOTE: Some Nova Extreme X2 fixtures have the
Kaiwo or Shensco ballast. If you have one of those ballasts, this
ballast will not work. To obtain a Kaiwo or Shensco ballast please

- Current USA 48 inch Nova Extreme 4 x 54 Watt (Model 1122, Part# RCU01122)
- Current USA 48 inch Nova Extreme 8 x 54 Watt (Model 1123, Part# RCU01123)
- Current USA 48 inch Outer Orbit with T5s and 150W HQI Bulbs (Model 1072, Part# RCU01072)
- Current USA 48 inch Outer Orbit with T5s and 250W HQI Bulbs (Model 1077, Part# RCU01077)
- Current USA 48 inch Nova Extreme T-5 Retrofit, 10K and Actinic (Model 1132, Part# RCU01132)
